Have you ever been in a situation where you honestly don't even want good food, you just want to eat and be done with it and be happy? Not because you're not hungry, but just because you can't invest the emotional energy into enjoying anything complicated or subtle or delicious. You just want something easy to eat that's not gross and will make you satisfied? Welcome to tomorrow's lunch.

Miniature
Soooo, way too busy lately (still) to post anything more interesting, so here's some more bento. (Don't worry though, as after the holidays I should have actually blogworthy baking!) Here's tomorrow's lunch, prepped for a joyful day of tech support, book sellin', and 20-page-paper writing. Necessary mug of strong black tea not pictured.

Long Day... and Night
This week is my last week of classes for fall semester; finals are the week after this, and between these two weeks I have 45 pages to write and lots of stuff to study. The good thing about all this is that it certainly helps to put me in the holiday spirit! I can't wait for the holidays!
Today I was on campus for class by 9:30 and won't be going home again til probably midnight due to transportation misfortunes. I've thus packed two meals for myself in preparation, because I am going to be crabby enough with work that I don't need to deal with being hungry too.

The Most Important Meal of the Day!
If you eat breakfast at noon, is it still breakfast? Does it still fulfill its duties as Most Important Meal of the Day? What if that breakfast is home-made blueberry muffins?
