Orange pork on a bed of fresh spinach with mixed-grain rice. The rice is kind of messed up (I should really just go ahead and get a rice cooker since I can NEVER cook it right on my own!) and sticky, but there are peas poking out of there if you can see them! The spinach was just chopped into bite-size pieces and sandwiched between the two hot parts of the meal, which will cook it well enough. The pork was stir fried with about 1/3 of an orange (the zest and flesh, not the pith) that I had kicking around, a big thumb of ginger that was getting green around the edges, some red pepper, soy, and hoisin. I think this would be a really good sauce for chicken or beef, too. The whole thing is topped off with a couple sliced scallions and black sesame seeds.
