Here's a fun little recipe that's not really so much a recipe as an idea: stuffed buns. Chinese bao are little rolls stuffed with highly seasoned meat, almost like round bready turnovers. They're pretty easy to make if you already know how to make bread dough or even have some premade biscuit dough around.
These ones are stuffed with "East-Meets-West" barbeque sauced leftover turkey. All you do is take your circle of flattened dough, dollop on about a tablespoon of sticky filling, then pinch the whole thing up and bake it. The only trick is in not letting the sauce be too liquid, lest the buns get soggy. Aside from that, they're a fun and tasty way to use up leftovers and pack well in lunch bags too! I'll update this post as soon as I have a good picture of one cut open.
